    We recently stayed at a luxurious 5, star hotel and were blown away by the exclusive amenities. the Spa & wellness centre was an oasis of relaxation, the massage was divine and the indoor swimming pool was crystal clear. the treatment room was spacious and had everything we needed for a pampering experience. the bar/lounge area was cosy and had a wide selection of drinks. the location was perfect, just a few steps away from the ski slopes.

    The only minor issue we encountered was that the waxing service was not available when we wanted to avail it. the facial was amazing and made up for it.

    The apartments were spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. We loved the cozy atmosphere and the comfortable beds. The pool area was fantastic, with a refreshing pool and a relaxing jacuzzi. The staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. We also appreciated the convenience of the laundry facilities and ski lockers. the hotel provided a great base for our family ski holiday and made it a memorable experience.

    There was only one toilet in our two-bedroom apartment, as we were expecting two. the lack of a handbasin in the toilet was inconvenient.

    The ski in/out option was excellent and the apartment was in a prime location. the view of the mountains was stunning. the decor was lovely and very romantic, perfect for a couples' getaway. the bed was comfortable and the spa was enjoyable despite being busy with families.

    The reception staff seemed uninterested and not willing to assist us. the breakfast buffet was disappointing, with limited options, and not worth the price.
